Ho yes, found this gem here of the Internet while looking for references to my study of CQ in advertisements. This basically was a segment of a TV show Infomania that looks at how the media perceives women and how they approach us ladies with their advertising feats. It’s amazing how the stereotypical mind goes in the world outside, as Sarah Haskins points out in “Story Time: Target Women”: “Can’t be single, need to be saved by a man, want marriage only” *Sparkles*

Great host, great jokes! Too bad it got discontinued (so I heard). I know there’s a whole load of episodes out there, so the best way to enjoy them is the specials, and here you go!

Procrastination

My eternal enemy since Secondary 3. I despise this to the core, but really, all I’ve been doing is just talk about changing but I never do anything to alter my situation. What with projects and assignments getting done right before the due date or on the day itself… I’ve really got to get my priorities straight. Thank goodness the MacBook isn’t a gaming notebook.

A photo shoot held 2 months ago finally made its way out of the to-do list and got some watermarked pieces, but there’s only one to show to everyone. I’m sorry, my dear model! Photography lessons in school has really made me think twice about my composition techniques. Anyway, here’s the picture. The focus point was supposed to be on the words… Gah. By the way, the guitar isn’t mine, so don’t ask me anything about it. I’m just a photographer.

I’ll be getting my own DSLR soon, though it’s second-hand, but the condition of the camera is great and I’m really used to it so I don’t mind a lot. Now… to get that lens… I guess this means I have more freedom with my photography projects. (Great! Now I can finish off the rest of the ABJD theme shots! Only if I have the time though *slumps onto ground*)
